I get angry when I can’t figure out how to maintenance a problem! It makes myself and others cranky plus irritable.
It makes myself and others uneasy plus angry easily. I am love a lot of other people, and sporadically it can be actually hard to control the anxiety. I had a customer that was filled with anxiety last week, but the woman was particularly testing our patience. She called the Orland Park A/C service service where I work. My boss assigned myself and others to the service service call. I typed the Orland Park address into our GPS. The computer said I was 17 hours from the address. I contacted the A/C service customer before I left the shop. I told the woman it would particularly take 20 or 30 hours. I anticipated a little bit of traffic on the freeway. The Orland Park customer seemed perfectly nice with our ETA, although she called about numerous hours later. She wanted to double-check the address that I had for the job. I was in the middle of traffic, although I opened up our book so I could see the address plus confirm with the customer. The woman called back a couple of hours later, plus she wanted to know if I was in the city. She claimed to see an A/C service service truck plus thought that I was lost. I told the woman that I was still on the way plus I provided her an replaced time. She still called a single more time before I arrived at the address. I have to be honest, I was actually close to losing our patience by the time I got off the iPhone with that woman for the seventh time.
