I care about my apartment in Tampa, FL; My fiance & I moved down south after my siblings left a few years ago.
My associate and I knew we would end up in Tampa near my family, and the issue with town living is that it is so lavish.
The goal was to find property, privacy, for a reasonable price. My associate and I hunted around all over the place until we found the location that works just perfect. My associate and I found a nice apartment & a superb ploy of land in Tampa. My fiance & I have entirely put down roots. My fiance built an outdoor shed to apartment his tools. My associate and I just added an above ground pool to combat the heat of the Florida summers. My associate and I have a nice front porch, a sizable deck, & most of our apartment is remodeled. Both my siblings have moved further north. They are now both in Jacksonville, Florida. That means to get to them is around three hours now, however it is ridiculous. I hate that they have moved to a unusual part of Florida. My fiance & I aren’t quite sure what to do, and on one hand we don’t like the extreme heat & humidity of Tampa… Quality A/C only takes you so far after all, and going north in Florida is a smarter move. The housing should be cheaper in that less known city… However, we have built our apartment the way we like it. My associate and I have things that matter to us now. I have set up a nest for kids to arrive & I like the school districts. The whole point of moving to Florida was to be near my family, so with them not living there, why are we even in Tampa?
