I appreciate my loft in Tampa, FL, but my partner and I moved down south after my siblings left a few years ago.
My buddy and I knew we would end up in Tampa near my family, the issue with neighborhood living is that it is so luxurious.
The goal was to find property, privacy, for a acceptable price. My buddy and I hunted around all over the site until we found the location that works just perfect. My buddy and I found a nice house and a good ploy of land in Tampa. My partner and I have easily put down roots. My partner built an outdoor shed to house her tools. My buddy and I just added an above ground pool to combat the heat of the FL summers. My buddy and I have a nice front porch, a large deck, and most of our loft is remodeled… Both my siblings have moved further north. They are now both in Jacksonville, FL. That means to get to them is around three hours now; It is ridiculous. I don’t care for that they have moved to a odd part of FL. My partner and I aren’t quite sure what to do… On one hand we don’t like the dire heat and humidity of Tampa, then quality AC only takes you so far after all; Going north in FL is a smarter move. The housing should be cheaper in that less known city, however, we have built our loft the way we like it. My buddy and I have things that matter to us now. I have set up a nest for teenagers to arrive and I like the school districts. The whole point of moving to FL was to be near my family, however so with them not living there, why are we even in Tampa?
