I bought a building Last year and now I am ready to staff the business with certified workers.
I have more than three people in mind to help me with the business, but the other competitors in Lansing, IL, don’t rest a chance. I’ve looked at the competition. There is a single mom and pop heating business located in Lansing. There is a single air conditioner repair service in Lansing as well, then everybody else calls services in Chicago… Many of these service providers charge fees for the longer service calls. I knew that offering Heating and Air Conditioning repair services in Lansing would be beneficial for business, however during the first month in business, sales were slow and so were repair calls. I quickly realized that I was going to need a website or some style of social media presence. I found a business to help me advertise our Heating and Air Conditioning business in Lansing. I really suppose this helped a superb deal, however after only 30 afternoons, sales were through the roof and repair calls were coming into the store every single day. I really never expected business to be this strong after only more than seven months. The way things are moving along, I almost suppose a fourth branch would be beneficial, however unblessedly, I suppose I have already hired all of the nice Heating and Air Conditioning repair workers in Lansing. My partner doesn’t appreciate the system either, and she doesn’t want to see me get too huge too fast. She said it’s better to have a single busy repair service center instead of more than one sites that are semi busy.
