An energy tracking feature shows areas where my friend and I could make fluctuations and conserve energy, but because of the smart control unit, I’ve noticed a significant savings in biweekly energy bills. I’m taking better care of the furnace and cooling system and enjoying better comfort, but plus, this unique control unit features humidity control. It allows us to customize humidity levels to our preferences. The control unit is one of the best condo improvements I’ve made, and it didn’t cost all that much.
