Unluckily, the town is getting bigger plus people are moving away to much cheaper arenas
I have a lot of associates in the entertainment contractor biz that are my customers so I need to work at the office in downtown LA, but real estate is too lavish to buy an apartment in Los Angeles, so my husband Tom plus myself have an apartment in Tarzana. This neighborhood is located about 30 minutes away from downtown LA. On my normal afternoon commute, it consistently takes closer to a minute. A lot of people live in spots like Tarzana but have jobs in Los Angeles county. My husband plus I were living in an apartment until both of us had our second child plus then both of us opted to move, and when both of us moved to Tarzana, it was an easily quiet suburban space with much less crime. Ever since recreational plus marijuana was legalized, the quality of living in Tarzana has gone very much downhill. I do not have any complications with people that use recreational or medical marijuana. In fact, Tom plus I have been known to toke a joint at a gathering. Unluckily, the town is getting bigger plus people are moving away to much cheaper arenas. In a couple of years, Tarzana is not going to be an arena where I want to retire. After all my kids are out of the apartment plus off to university, I think it might be time for Tom plus I to transfer away from the town completely. I would happily retire plus transfer to San Jose or maybe Morgan Hill; Both of these arenas are a bit further north, but the real estate is cheaper plus the weather is quite nice.
