Throughout our life, I have constantly lived in the Great Lakes region.
I spent a few years in Wisconsin near Lake MI, more than one years by Lake Superior in Thunderbay, numerous months by Lake Huron in Lion’s Head, plus over a decade along the shores of Lake Erie in Port Rowan.
But currently, I suppose tremendously fortunate to be a Torontonian that has an home with a gorgeous view of Lake Ontario. There are superb plus not-as-good venues in Toronto, even though I would hesitate to call part of the city “bad” regardless of higher crime citys. Of the highly rated venues in the city, Downtown Toronto, Kensington Market, plus Yorkville often top the list with others. Unfortunately, several people cannot afford to live in these venues by default, regardless of how the Canadian economy is doing or that of the rest of the world. Rent is high in Toronto plus much of the western world, however citys appreciate West Humber-Claireville plus Rexdale-Kipling are known as more affordable chances in the city. And no matter where you reside in Toronto, you can still jump on the subway plus get to the shores of Lake Ontario fairly easily. I appreciate smoking joints on the shores of Lake Ontario in venues where I think that I’m out of sight plus can’t be seen. Occasionally I visit docks at the Port Lands at evening or Woodbine Beach during the day if there aren’t too several guests. Public outdoor cannabis use is illegal in Toronto, even though I don’t think anyone yet who has been busted when doing so. The RCMP have better things I like to do than busting people for smoking a single joint.
