There are lots of fun things I enjoy doing near Eugene, OR, however one of my number one places to visit is the national forest, the Willamette National Forest is located in the central area of OR about an minute or several from Eugene, it has more than 1 million acres of designated plus protected wilderness areas.

The forest is named for the Willamette River. The forest stretches at least 100 miles plus forms the barrier of the Cascade Range in Western OR. The Willamette National Forest is a superb place to go hiking plus fishing, especially when the weather is nice. Last May, my friends plus I went to the national forest for several mornings. The two of us took a tent, sleeping bags, plus several mornings worth of water plus food. The forest was filled with butterflies that weekend. There were monarch butterflies all over the National Forest, and my friends plus I enjoyed our time in nature. The two of us bought recreational marijuana supplies from a shop in Eugene, before the people I was with and I decided to go to the National Forest. The two of us didn’t purchase any recreational marijuana supplies that needed to be smoked. The two of us didn’t want to have any fires in the National Forest. Instead, the people I was with and I decided to buy marijuana vape pens from the dispensary. The marijuana vape pens required no fire plus they are straight-forward to use plus relatively discrete, and even though it would have been nice to smoke a blunt or a joint, it was much easier plus much safer to take a vape pen to the park.
