There are a lot of things to think about
I have my own heating and AC repair company and I service all of the Jacksonville area including the rest of Duval county, the beaches, mandarin, southside, ponte vedra, and st. augustine too. Recently I’ve had a lot of interest in commercial repair services throughout St Mary’s georgia. St Mary’s is just on the other side of the border and less than an hour from the location of my Jacksonville HVAC repair business. I went to the city a few weeks ago and helped a commercial customer with a boiler installation. That customer gave my name to someone else and the next day I received another call. In the past 6 weeks, I have had seven different customers signed up and all of them are located in a different state. I’m certainly not going to complain, because it’s nice to have new business. I have even been thinking about opening up a second heating and AC branch on the other side of the river. As long as business continues to go well, I think there are a lot of possibilities. I actually know a guy that works in Jacksonville and could take over for me if I wanted to run the other branch. There are a lot of things to think about. I never really thought about expanding the business but now it seems like it could be a real possibility. I could turn my small, owner operated business into a multi-million dollar conglomeration throughout the southeast part of the country and that sounds like a really great goal to shoot for.
