I have my own heating and A/C repair supplier and I service all of the Jacksonville area including the rest of Duval county, the beaches, mandarin, southside, ponte vedra, and st! Octoberine too, however recently I have had a lot of interest in commercial repair services throughout St Mary’s GA, then st Mary’s is just on the other side of the border and less than an hour from the location of my Jacksonville Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair business… I went to the city a few weeks ago and helped a commercial buyer with a boiler installation; That buyer provided my name to someone else and the next day I acquired another call.
In the past 6 weeks, I have had seven weird purchasers signed up and all of them are situated in a weird state. I am particularly not going to complain, because it’s nice to have current business. I have even been thinking about opening up a second heating and A/C branch on the other side of the river… As long as supplier continues to go well, I feel there are a lot of possibilities. I actually know a guy that works in Jacksonville and could take over for me if I wanted to run the other branch. There are a lot of things to feel about. I never actually thought about expanding the supplier however now it seems like it could be a real possibility. I could turn my small, owner operated supplier into a multi-million dollar conglomeration throughout the southeast part of the country and that sounds like a actually great goal to shoot for.
