During the Summer months, Phoenix is drastically sizzling and very dry, but homes and businesses need to be outfitted with a well-working a/c in order to survive the Summer heat, then it’s not weird for Summer temperatures to reach 100° or higher, then so far this summer, my associate and I have had more than a dozen nights when the temperatures were over 110°, but the only thing that keeps my house cool is the commercial air conditioner.

The app allows me to change temperatures, toggle between heating and cooling, set programs and schedules, and it even gives me replaces when the air filter needs to be changed. That type of technology wasn’t around ten years ago.
