I live in the truly northern part of my state! My daughter was born and raised here.
It is kind of a small neighborhood atmosphere, especially when compared to other parts of the state.
4 years ago, when my daughter turned 28, she decided she wanted to move to some other location in our charming state; She chose St Petersburg Florida. I can unquestionably understand why she chose St pete. It truly is a charming city, and it has a lot to offer Young adults. St Petersburg Florida truly does have a Young Person’s Vibe going on, and the political scene is a little more on the liberal side, as well. i, personally, am more of a conservative person, however my daughter is a little bit more liberal than I am! Anyway, when my daughter chose to move to St Petersburg Florida 4 years ago, I was naturally kind of sad about it. I love to be close to my daughter, however housing prices are a little bit higher in St Petersburg than they are here, so it would be hard for myself and others to afford to live in that part of the state, however even so, I do get to see my daughter from time to time. I go visit St Petersburg Florida about once a year, and she comes up here a couple of times a year, as well. I saw her for 2 days over my Christmas getaway this year. Anyway, I have been down there numerous times and I have had a fun time when I go… There is a section of St Petersburg Florida that you can go through that has a rainbow flag outside of every door. The gay section of downtown St Petersburg Florida is quite cute to look at. They have quaint little shops and fussy little front shrubberys and it is quite cute. The downtown St Petersburg Florida area that houses most of the bars and restaurants is also fun and appealing. I am glad for my daughter because she seems to be so glad living in St Petersburg Florida, and both of us love to look at the cute shops and go to the interesting restaurants.
