My husband is 8 weeks pregnant & he is due to provide birth to our third kid at any time, but it makes myself and others uneasy to leave the house in the day, because I am afraid that I won’t be there when the baby is born. I miss the birth of our fifth child, because I was in an area separate from any service; By the time I got the call from my brother-in-law, my son was already born. I left the house on Sunday day around 7:00 & my husband was feeling just fine. I had a couple of jobs busy in South Bend, IN, then south Bend is right on the border of IN & MI. I thought I would have a little bit of time to hop over the border & go to a dispensary before I headed back home, but my husband went into labor that day… Thankfully, I was toiling in South Bend that day. The previous day I took a repair job all the way down in Knox & I was gone all day. I didn’t have any phone repair either, because I was toiling downstairs in the boiler room most of the time. The patron never calls myself and others for boiler repair unless it’s terrible so I knew it was going to take all day, as soon as I got a call from my husband saying he was going to the hospital, I stopped what I was doing & called for backup. I got one of my specialists to come to the heating & A/C repair job so I could go to the hospital to be with my husband.
