I missed the email from the client requesting a odd service date

I thought I would wait for the client to call me back & after that I could go see his when I was done with the other task.

On Monday afternoon before the office supervisor leaves the Phoenix heating & A/C supply center, he calls all of our appointments for Sunday to verify services for Sunday. If the services are verified, both of us can go ahead & get the schedule set up for all of the specialists on Sunday afternoon… Every once in a while, a client will call us to cancel or postpone their appointment. Every one of us offer voicemail, email, & even email solutions for customers to get a hold of us, on Sunday afternoon I went to visit a client in the Phoenix section that had a problem with his heat pump, and when I arrived, the client was not home. I called the cellular PC number listed on the work request & I got a voicemail. I left a message for the client & after that I went to the next task of the afternoon. I thought I would wait for the client to call me back & after that I could go see his when I was done with the other task. When I got outside to the car, I had an email from the customer, the email was in response to our telephone call, but he told me that he emailed me on Wednesday to cancel the appointment for Sunday afternoon. She did not want to wait that long to have the problems fixed, so he contacted an emergency Heating as well as A/C provider in Phoenix to do the work. Somehow I missed the email & did not receive that correspondence. I was thankful that that client contacted me to give me an replace so I did not suppose that he blew me off.
