When it rains, it pours, however at least that has what they say… I have had 1 problem after another and it does not look like things are going to get better anytime soon. I’m at the end of our rope with this beach house that I rented in albuquerque. I found a job in Albuquerque and I moved from Santa fe. I found a beach house for rent and it looked like it was in entirely wonderful shape until I easily moved to the city. I had all of our eggs in that rental basket, so I could not exactly tell the property owner no. It was cheap and inexpensive and I knew why as soon as I moved to the property, half of the appliances inside of the beach house were broken! The property owner told me that he was going to service the dishwasher after I moved into the beach house and the guy did not show up until 6 weeks later. I had some concerns with the gas furnace and the property owner told me that he would call someone from Albuquerque to service the gas furnace. I waited and waited and after 3 days I finally provided up and called someone from the city. I contacted a couple of unusual Albuquerque service providers; Most of the companies that provided gas furnace service services were booked up 2 days in advance. I did find 1 provider that had room for me on the schedule. The service fees for this supplier were a little bit more expensive, although I could not find anyone else on that particular day in Albuquerque to do the gas furnace work for a cheaper price.
