Call myself and others a hipster, however my absolute favorite thing to do in Phoenix is to go to First Tuesday at Roosevelt Row aka RoRo, i have been going for about 7 years now, in addition to I have watched it grow into what it is this week.
I prefer the tunes, live entertainers, the art, the food, the vendors, the festivals, in addition to everything else in between… When my friends or family come into town, they consistently request that the people I was with and I go to RoRo for a fun filled evening, however they prefer that the venue is outdoor in addition to when the weather is nice, they want to stay in addition to bask in all that it has to offer, of course, on some mornings, if it’s raining or if it’s too sizzling outside, the people I was with and I find a fantastic steakhouse or cafe to spend the evening.
The steakhouses in the area have a/c in addition to heating for the colder mornings. If the steakhouse has an outdoor space, it will provide portable oil gas furnaces while I was in the colder weeks. So, with all these opportunities for outdoor in addition to indoor entertainment, this is my family’s favorite locale to hang out when they come to town. While I don’t mind the heat in Phoenix, I do prefer that there are air conditioned spaces where I can sit in addition to appreciate a frigid drink. It is beneficial to a neighborhood like Phoenix to have venues like First Tuesday at Roosevelt Row, then not only is it a fantastic space for family-friendly entertainment, however it is also a fantastic space that has both indoor in addition to outdoor venues, and while I prefer to be outside, it’s nice to have the opening of these air conditioned bars in addition to steakhouses when I do need to cool off from the heat.
